SECRETS
SUCCESS With our 'SECRETS of the Southern
Highlands' advertising and promotion campaign finishing on 31 July
we have continued to see its success through ongoing
enquiries and bookings. Overall the campaign
has generated good exposure of the Southern
Highlands, record level of enquiries, website visits,
new bookings and entries to our SECRETS
Competition. The new television commercial and
print ads spearheaded the campaign and are
attributed to the following coversion statistics
for July 2009:
- Unique website visits 30,340
+ increase of 44% on last year.
- 194 online bookings + 35% on
last year.
- 17,988
competition entries (overall)
The prize winners in
each category were drawn on 5 August (with 2
scrutineers present). These details will be
posted to our website www.southern-highlands.com.au
by Friday 7 August 2009.

then why not consider doing a product

Time Festival are well on the way and continue to move
forward. We were sorry to receive Peter Farrugia's
resignation as our newly appointed Events Co-Ordinator,
but are fortunate in that Harriet Goodall and Debbie

BOOKEASY TRAINING
SEMINAR Following on from the recent BookEasy
administrator training session held in Batemans Bay and
attended by Renee and Izabella, TSH were able to hold
their very own BookEasy Training Seminar on Monday 27 July
at the Moss Vale TAFE. This seminar was conducted
by BookEasy representative Chris Telenta, who knows the
system inside out. A HUGE thank you and
congratulations is extended to ALL of our TSH Members
who attended this seminar. Attendees received one
on one training tips and advise, along with updates
including information on how they could GO GOLD and
increase their bookings through this BookEasy
system.
We all know
the old addage, "use it or loose it" and this
couldn't be truer with the BookEasy system. There
are so many advantages in knowing how to use this system
properly and to its best advantage to gain its fullest
potential and all attendees on the day were overwhelmed
with just how simple changes to the way they were using
the system could both increase their bookings and
decrease the amount of time used by their
staff.
