Indian TV Crew visits Highlands

The region this week hosted Zee TV, a film crew from Mumbai India in an effort to produce a ‘Getaway’ style program featuring the Grand Pacific Drive & Southern Highlands touring experience. The film crew captured iconic attractions and landscapes of both the Illawarra and Southern Highlands and were WOWED by our Autumn colours, distinct Winter climate, contrast between the Coastal and Highland regions and our proximity to Australia’s major gateway, Sydney. The Highlands showcased key products such as the Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk, Bradman Museum, Historic Berrima Village, Corbett Gardens Tulip Time, Eschalot Restaurant, Craigieburn and Centennial Vineyards.  The visit was sponsored by TSH, TNSW and Tourism Australia plus local industry. The exposure of our destination in this key niche international market further supports TSH recent international marketing efforts in India.
