2010-2011 Membership

The more supporters TSH has on its books the more product and more opportunities the region has to market the destination. TSH has finalised its 2010/2011 Membership Prospectus and will in the next week start sending out renewal statements and brochures outlining next years benefits. As an incentive to pay membership by 31 July, TSH marketing partner WISDOM will give all ‘early birds’ an opportunity to WIN a FREE website (value $1850) or $500 worth of promotional material. Please note that TSH has kept 2010/11 fees the same as last year. For a sneak peek at next years Prospectus click here>>

UK/Europe Agents visit Highlands

The region last week hosted 14 leading UK and European travel agents. The agents were part of Tourism Australia’s ‘Corroboree 2010’ Familarisation Program. Corroboree is a combined mega famil and training workshop event exclusively for Aussie Specialists in the UK and Europe and an initiative of the Tourism Australia’s Destination Australia Partnership with all State Tourism bodies. The agents undertook a 3 day/2 night Grand Pacific Drive & Southern Highlands itinerary which showcased key ‘international ready’ products from our area such as Illawarra Fly Tree Top Walk, Fitzroy Falls, Bradman Museum, Berrima Historic Village and Centennial Vineyards.  Here’s hoping we see more international visitors in our region in the near future as part of our ongoing international marketing efforts.
