A sumptuous WILD NATIVE FEAST with a twist or two - created exclusively for WILDfest Southern Highlands 2017 by chef Damien Monley of Bowral's stylish Grand Bistro. Feast on 'the fruit of the forest; the natural bounty of our land' with 7 decadent courses and a selection of award-winning, cool-climate local wines to be enjoyed out under the milky way amid the remote ruins of Joadja Old Town. It's an experience as wild and unexpected as nature herself! For a touch of the whimsical, in inimitable WILDfest style, gentleman will be handed a top hat and tails and ladies, long gloves and tiaras upon entering our magical bush-land setting.
Completing the dramatic ambience will be Leonard-Cohen-inspired acoustic accompaniment and other delightful surprises!
