Tertini Wines came away with 3 medals for their 2005 Riesling, 2008 Noble Riesling and 2006 Pinot Noir.  The 2005 Riesling was the highest scoring Riesling from NSW and the equal highest scoring white wine from NSW.

Australia Day 2010 in the Southern Highlands.

The Australia Day Celebrations in historic Berrima over the last 10 years have grown to be one of the Southern Highlands premier tourist events.  Visitor numbers are in the thousands every year and on the increase.  What’s the attraction?  Probably the location, no other village in the southern highlands can lay claim to a more historic and picturesque backdrop in which to celebrate this day in our nations calendar of public holidays.  Colin Gelling the organiser of the annual celebrations said he has seen the numbers grow every year as Australians who are normally pretty laid back about demonstrating their pride and national identity has grown.  More Information Click Here
