Our cooking demonstrations are back with Chef Marco!
This month learn the traditional cooking of Al Cartoccio
Al Cartoccio is the Italian term for baking food in a foil or oven paper
packet. This method is used mostly for seafood in Italy, but can also be used
to cook meat, vegetables, and even pasta!
Join Chef Marco for this cooking experience, with a 3-course dinner and wine on arrival.
When: Friday 28th January 2022
Time: Kicking off at 6 pm sharp, but come at 5:45 and enjoy your complimentary glass of wine first.
