THE BIG POTATO PIE

A savoury pie filled with Dutch Cream potatoes from Moonacres Farm in Fitzroy Falls and Robertson Potatoes gown by the Hill Family. The potatoes will be topped with Pecorino Fresco cheese, made by Highlands Organics and mustard which is all wrapped in a savoury Parmesan cheese pastry. Served with a delectable salad from greens grown at Moonacres Farm, Brillig Farm in Exeter and Living Earth Farm in High Range. This will be served with a glas sof wine from Ari's Natural Wine, a little winery in Sutton Forest that presses and processes all their wine by hand. If preferred the locally brewed 'The Highlander' beer will also be available with this dish.
