Departing Bowral travel to The Truffle Farm in the picturesque Majura Valley, surrounded by an oak tree forest we will join owner Jayson Mesman and Australia’s best truffle dog team on an exhilarating truffle hunt experience foraging for the rare and delicious black truffle!
A decadent all inclusive sparkling and 3 course truffle breakfast follows in the warmth of the truffle shed created by Executive (and hatted) chef, Damian Brabender, who has worked in Michelin star restaurants across the globe, prepares the truffle breakfast in front of you while teaching you all the secrets to using truffles at home.
Following our truffle experience and whilst in the Capital of Australia’s cold climate wine region we will visit two award winning vineyards. This region is rich in winter wine favourites and renown for multiple award winners, such as Shiraz, Riesling and Pinot Noir that has even the New Zealanders nervous!
