Join me on my working 100 acre farm in Kangaloon to bake up some autumnal goodies!
We'll kick the day off with morning tea and a quick tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to our resident Boer goats!
Then we'll get into the kitchen to cook up beautiful treats featuring the best of autumn fruit. We'll make apple pies, quince compote, roast fig and chestnut tarts, along with a drunken pear loaf to bring that extra wow factor to your autumnal menu*!
Of course, included is a light lunch accompanied by a glass of Southern Highlands' fine wines!
All classes are completely hands on and limited to 8 participants.
