Join me on my working 100 acre farm in Kangaloon to cook up lovely family meals everyone can enjoy!
We'll kick the day off with morning tea and a quick tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to our resident Boer goats!
Then we'll get into the kitchen to cook up a storm. We'll make a stunning mushroom and ewe's milk curd risotto, pumpkin and pear soup, stuffed roast chicken along with a salad featuring roast pumpkin and candied almonds*!
Of course, included is a light lunch accompanied by a glass of Southern Highlands' fine wines!
All classes are completely hands on and limited to 8 participants.
