The Chamber Philharmonia Cologne will be performing in St Jude’s Bowral on Tuesday 20 February at 7.30pm. This celebrated ensemble tours regularly to great acclaim and provides opportunities for members to perform as soloists. In a powerful and delightful program, they will perform works by Vivaldi, Bach, Tchaikovsky and Paganini. The motto of the Chamber Philharmonia Cologne is: “Classical music the world over”. For them, it is irrelevant for whether they are playing in a little village church, in the open air, in Cologne Cathedral or in the Sydney Opera House – their enthusiasm to play music is the same every time. Tickets are available from Allan Beavis at the St Jude’s Church Office (ph; 4862 4383). Adults $40; Concessions $35; Students $30.
