Indulge in a wide array of local meats and vegetables from our farm and local fine meat suppliers in the Highlands, including duck and spatchcock from John Meredith, Loch lamb and beef and pork from Red Leaf Farm. These delicious meats will be accompanied by the hallmark wines of Italian families in the Southern Highlands – St Maur, Sutton Forest Estate and Tertini among others.
