GROW COOK EAT festival is a celebration of the best of the Highlands’ harvest, with a focus on seasonal, sustainably and locally grown food – and all that it offers in terms of culinary delight, food security, health and wellbeing. The market place will include a wide range of stallholders – local growers and providores will be selling a range of both fresh produce and craft related to the growing and cooking of the harvest. There will also be a wide range of food and drink stalls with a local accent.
Other attractions include a range of talks and demonstrations with speakers and experts sharing kitchen garden tips and talks on healthy eating and tasty cooking. They will all be accompanied by a great live music program from local artists. Add to this a program of kids activities and it makes a perfect family day.
