Jane has 20 years experience in the food world as a food publisher & author. Jane calls Kyoto her second home & hosts regular luxury cuisine & culture tours through her business Zenbu Tours. You will enjoy trying the food prepared with a glass of Southern Highlands wine.

Recipes include -

Kakuni – a slow simmered pork dish in sweet soy broth
Chawan mushi – steamed savoury custard with prawns and vegetables
Karaage (marinated and fried chicken)
Ohitashi (blanched and lightly dressed seasonal vegetables)
