Kombucha, Chinotto, Elderflower 'Wild Wine' and Lemoncello
Kombucha! - excited to announce our partnership with Gillian Kozicki of Cultured Artisans https://www.culturedartisans.com.au/. Kombucha will be the centrepiece of Gillian’s special Winter and Spring workshops at Ashton Park, along with artisanal experiences with elderflower 'wild wine', ratafia and limoncello
Gillian will take us through the fermentation of Kombucha, and depending on the season we will then take advantage of winter citrus, or spring elderflowers and green walnuts to make elderflower ‘wild wine’, ancient ratafia, and the gorgeous Italian essence in limoncello and chinotto, using adding foraged herbs from the kitchen garden.

$80 pp, $140 a couple (incl GST)
