Pies and Tarts
This class will include the making of pastry from scratch.
Presented by Anna Phillips and Natasha Morley (from Deeb's Cafe & Patisserie in Springetts arcade Bowral)
Recipes include -
Portuguese custard tarts
Individual lemon meringue pies
Baklava and frangipani tarts
Salted caramel and chocolate tarts with chocolate pastry
Moroccan lamb pie
Free form caramelised vegetable and fetta pie
A hands-on class for a maximum of 12 people.
We will learn, cook, enjoy some good music, then we do the dishes while you enjoy the food prepared with a glass of southern highlands wine. All classes include written recipes to take away.
