Seafood is one of Anna's favourite classes to teach having been one of the original seafood educators at the Sydney Seafood School where she taught from 1989 - 2001. The school has an Everdure by Heston Blumenthal Charcoal BBQ which is a fabulous way to cook to seafood and will be used in this class.
A hands - on class for a maximum of 12 people. We will learn, cook, laugh and enjoy some good music. Then we do the dishes while you enjoy the food prepared with a glass of Southern Highlands wine.

Charcoal BBQ mixed seafood – squid, octopus prawns with chermoula
Spanish seafood fideua (similar to Paella with spaghetti instead)
Slow cooked octopus with baby potatoes, chorizo and spinach
Vietnamese prawn salad with fresh herbs
Quick salmon gravlax with witlof and watercress salad
