Born in 1966 to artist parents, as a young woman Zenta was often asked ‘and do you paint?’ An understandable question. To which she always replied ‘No, I don’t.’ Until decades later when her path in the healing, creative & performing arts finally, to her surprise, though perhaps not a surprise to others, included the visual arts.
This shift culminated in 2016, when during a trip to Africa to spend time with the Elephants of Zimbabwe and White Lions of Timbavati, South Africa, an experience with a Lion Shaman changed her life and the way in which she viewed her paintings.
Zenta is celebrating this change through a viewing of her work and the Launch of zentaimprints at the Reuben Room, Exeter Hall, Sunday 18th February 2018, 11am – 2pm.
