The menu showcases the vibrant seasonal produce, with crisp quail and red capsicum pancakes, smoked eel rillettes with tricolour tomato salad, rack of BBQ lamb with corn and capsicum toss, and spiced silver perch with eggplant relish. To finish, we have peach and cherry truffle with redcurrant jelly. Each course will be accompanied by the very best award-winning local wines from family-run vineyards.
