Want to eat 'Healthy' but need to do it Quick & Easy? Most people have very limited time for food preparation and cooking but YOU can create healthy food with limited time. This workshop offers great ideas and tips for meals that are healthy, quick and easy!
Recipes include fast flat head fillets with home-made tartar sauce, green tahini dressing with an rainbow salad, home-made muesli, raw cocoa mousse, roasted vegetable & quinoa salad.
There is taste testing, tea drinking and a treat to take home to family and friends. All food is 100% certified organic, sourced locally from the Southern Highlands where possible. A balance of theory and practical, they are a valuable source of information and lots of fun!!
