Join me on my working 100 acre farm in Kangaloon to cook up family meals guaranteed to bring on all the cosy feels!
We'll kick the day off with morning tea and a quick tour of the gardens, veggie patch and orchard, paying a visit to our resident Boer goats!
Then we'll get into the kitchen to cook up a whole lot of food! We'll make braised beef cheeks, a pot roast, cream of mushroom soup with focaccia, crunchy roast potatoes and some sides featuring produce from the patch*!
Of course, included is a light lunch accompanied by a glass of Southern Highlands' fine wines!
All classes are completely hands on and limited to 8 participants.
